We accept returns on full price merchandise that is unused, in the original packaging and has a return request made within 3 business days on delivery.
Please note,items purchase at a 30% or more discount are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
All items must be returned in perfect condition,unused,and with the original packaging(including boxes and dustbags) with tags still attached.
We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are deemed damages-scratched,worn or not their original packaging.
For international orders,shipping,customs duties are non-refundable through YOTIBELLE.COM.
Yotibelle.com reserves the right to refuse an return on merchandise that does not meet our return requirements.
If your return is not accepted,it will be sent back to you at your own expense and a refund will be cancelled.
For international orders, if an items is returned because a customer refuses to pay for any import taxes or customs duties, the refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to us.
Please allow up to 3-5 business days for refunds to be processed once your return has been received by our warehouse.
